Informative report in accordance to the “privacy code” decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003

In accordance to art. 13 of the legislative decree No. 196 of 30 June, 2003, we inform that we process personal data of customers and suppliers, as well as data of persons who willingly (personally, via telephone, fax or email) submit their personal data by registering on our website. This also counts for personal data submitted by a third party, for example when recording data for business information, public listings ect. Regarding the last case, this only concerns data of common nature.

Within the bounds of the law, we guarantee that the processing of personal data is carried out in regard of basic rights and freedoms as well as the dignity of the person involved, particularly regarding privacy, personal identity and the right for data protection.

Purposes of data processing

• The fulfilment of legal requirements, regulations, community norms as well as civil and tax law regulations.
• The fulfilment of possible contract obligations in regard of the person affected
• The fulfilment of activities connected to business activities of our companies, for example the completion of internal statistics, accounting as well as the management of peoples’ and deliverers’ accounts.
• For commercial purposes such as sending commercial information and advertising material (via post office, fax or email), marketing and market research
• Protection of claims and management of liabilities
• Assurance purposes regarding insurances, especially credit insurance.

Publicising and spreading of data

In regard to the purposes mentioned above, your personal data will eventually be forwarded:

• To public administrations and authorities, if this is requested by law
• To banks in relations with our company for management of assets/liabilities and financing
• All physical and/or juridical, public and/or private persons (legal consultancy bureaus, administration bureaus, tax consultation bureaus, courts, chambers of commerce etc.), if the forwarding of data is necessary or important for our activities as a company.
• To deliverers/producers, if this is necessary for the registration of products.

The personal data processed by our company is not subject to distribution.

Methods of data processing

The processing of data may be carried out with help of electronic or automatic methods and incudes all processes included in Art No. 4, paragraph 1, letter a of the legislative decree No 196 of 30 June, 2003 that required and needed for processing data. In all cases, the processing of data is carried out in regard of all safety regulations that guarantee safety and privacy.

Rights of the person affected

The privacy code offers affected parties the possibility to exercise specific rights according to Art. 7. In particular, he/she has the right to obtain information if and what data concerning him/her exist and request further information about their origin and the purpose of their processing in intelligible form, indications about owner and persons responsible for data processing, as well as persons and categories of persons to whom this data may be submitted.

The person affected has the right to update, correct, and replenish data, as well as the right to request deletion, blockage or conversion to anonymous data, in case this data processing violates the law in any manner.  The person affected has also the right to oppose the processing of his/her data if legitimate reasons are provided, and without reason if data is used for commercial communication, sending advertisement, direct sales material, market research or opinion polling.
